How to Make a Purchase with Us?

10. If you choose credit card or TT bank transfer payment methods, you will receive email instructions for payment after placing your order. For cryptocurrency payments, you will receive the payment address and barcode once the order is generated.

11. We will begin processing your order as soon as the payment is confirmed.

About Order Processing Time

2. ModernTimeWatch prepares the watch and sends quality-checking photos (3-7 Days).

3. Customers review the QC photos.

4. Customers accept the product. If customers reject the QC photos, it returns to step 2.

5. ModernTimeWatch dispatches the watch via courier (2 Days).

6. ModernTimeWatch provides customers with the tracking number update (1 Day).

About Quality Checking Photos Confirmation

Please review and confirm the QC photos within 2 working days. If we do not receive any response for confirmation from customers, we will assume that you have approved the QC photos and proceed with the shipment.

Order Cancellation Policy

Customers have the option to cancel their purchase before shipping arrangements are made. A full refund, excluding any additional fees, will be processed. Please note that it may take 10-30 days for the refund to be credited back to your account, depending on the bank's processing time. Once shipping has been initiated, we are unable to accept any cancellations for your order.

Notice: The credit card processing fees are non-refundable as they are charged by the bank.

Free shipping with this service, with a trackable tracking number showing shipping status online. However, In case of parcel damage during shipping or customs seizures, ModernTimeWatch would send out the parcel a second time free of charge.

Please note: Due to rising import duties on parcels shipped to the USA, the cost of Airmail Shipping to the United States has been adjusted to US$30.00.

Shipping Duration: 5-10 days after the parcels are sent out.

Shipping Option Overview

Parcels shipped with this option are delivered via FedEx, DHL, or UPS and include a trackable shipping number. This method ensures faster and more reliable delivery, minimizing wait times and helping safeguard the contents of your parcel.

Please note that during peak seasons, such as the Christmas period, delivery times may experience minor delays.

Shipping Guarantee
ModernTimeWatch assumes full responsibility for any parcel damage or customs seizure during transit. In such cases, we will reship your order once at no additional cost.

However, we are not liable for lost parcels within the destination country after customs clearance has been completed successfully.

Please note: Due to increased import duties for shipments to the USA, the cost of Express Shipping to the United States has been updated to US$60.00.

Shipping Duration: 15-20 days after parcels sending out.

With a trackable shipping number, for this shipping option, parcels are sent by FedEx/DHL or UPS. Faster and more efficient delivery. reduce waiting times, and be safer to parcel content. Please note that the duration of this shipping solution might take longer in the peak season like Christmas. With this shipping solution, ModernTimeWatch will bear 100% of the order value if parcels get seized by your local customs. We will reship the watches free of charge with unlimited times until customers receive the parcel.

Notice: Please note that for certain distant or remote locations, there may be additional shipping charges. If your shipping address is in one of these areas, we will send you an email to inform you about the extra fees.

Dropshipping Orders

If you are a reseller, you can easily indicate that your order is a drop shipping order by leaving a comment in the order message box during the checkout process. Rest assured that when your order is shipped, there will be no information or branding from ModernTimeWatch included inside the parcel. Multiple Item Orders

Shipping Address

Parcel Lost / Parcel Stealth

Customers are solely responsible for the accuracy and validity of the shipping address provided in their order details. ModernTimeWatch cannot be held responsible for any parcel losses resulting from incomplete or incorrect shipping addresses. Return Eligibility

At ModernTimeWatch, we prioritize comprehensive quality-checking procedures before shipping to ensure customers receive the correct items of high quality. As a result, in most cases, we do not accept returns of parcels. Please note that returns due to dislike of products will not be accepted. However, we understand that there may be a few exceptional cases where our liability is involved, and in such cases, we do accept returns.

1. Incorrect Watch Shipment

If you have received the wrong product that does not match the QC (Quality Control) photos, please provide evidence within 3 days of parcel delivery. It is important to note that customers are required to provide proof, as we keep records of all watch serial numbers. Once the incorrect shipment is verified, we will arrange for new parcels to be sent to customers while customers return the wrong items to us simultaneously.

2. Returns for Watches Requiring Repairs

Prior to initiating a return request, please contact our customer service team. We will email you detailed instructions on return packing and the corresponding return address. Ensure that the watches are securely packed in their original condition, and place the return labels inside the parcel as instructed.

Please note that ModernTimeWatch does not accept watch exchanges after the parcel has been shipped. Prior to arranging the shipping, please verify the quality of the watches through the provided photos and videos with our customer service team.

Order Exchange/Cancellation

Order exchanges or cancellations are accepted before shipping arrangements have been made. Customers can submit a request for exchange or cancellation before shipping.

Refund Policy

Customers will receive a full refund for canceled orders before shipping.

About Chargeback

Regardless of the reason, ModernTimeWatch does not accept chargebacks. All chargebacks will be resolved through arbitration by submitting a request on our end. All relevant order information will be provided to the credit card issuing bank to validate the purchase's authenticity. If customers are dissatisfied with our products or services, they should contact us for compensation. We will provide appropriate solutions in cases where errors or liabilities lie with us.
