Once the incorrect shipment is verified, we will arrange for new parcels to be sent to customers while customers return the wrong items to us simultaneously.

2. Returns for Watches Requiring Repairs

Prior to initiating a return request, please contact our customer service team. We will email you detailed instructions on return packing and the corresponding return address. Ensure that the watches are securely packed in their original condition, and place the return labels inside the parcel as instructed.

Please note that ModernTimeWatch does not accept watch exchanges after the parcel has been shipped. Prior to arranging the shipping, please verify the quality of the watches through the provided photos and videos with our customer service team.
